Refund policy

All sales are final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated in the Terms or required by applicable law. You must inspect the material promptly upon receipt. Claims relating to material that does not conform to Maverick's published specifications must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of receipt, together with reasonable supporting evidence, including details of the issue and any supporting photographs, documentation or other information reasonably requested by Maverick.

Claims Process

1. Submit your claim in writing to Maverick within seven (7) days of receiving the material.

2. Include your order details, a description of the issue, and reasonable supporting evidence.

3. Maverick may request additional information or samples where reasonably necessary to assess the claim.

4. Maverick will review the claim and notify you of the outcome.

Maverick aims to assess claims within ten (10) business days of receiving all information reasonably required to evaluate the claim. If additional investigation or testing is required, assessment may take longer, and Maverick will keep you informed of the expected timeframe.

If a warranty claim is approved, Maverick will replace the affected material with equivalent material as soon as reasonably practicable, subject to product availability.

Claims are not covered where an issue results from improper handling, storage, preparation or use; use outside Maverick's instructions; inherent changes in biological materials; experimental variability; or shipping damage after risk has passed to the buyer. Customers are not required to return the affected material. To support assessment of the claim, customers must complete a replacement form with information as to how the product was handled and used. Where a warranty claim is approved, Maverick will cover the freight costs associated with supplying the replacement.

If Maverick cancels an order before shipment because the material is unavailable or cannot be supplied, Maverick will notify the customer promptly and, where a replacement cannot be provided, will resolve the matter in accordance with applicable law.
